Refund for packages lost in transit

Apply for a refund if your package is indicated as "lost in transit" on its tracking details. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.

Refund if not delivered after 40 days

If your package isn't delivered within 40 days after shipment, you can apply for a refund. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.

When Can I return the items?

Within 15 days from the date of receiving the items, if you have any quality issues, defects, damage, missing items, or any returnable situations under local customer protection and related laws, please contact us at hello@petsindeed.co.uk or fill out our Return and Refund form.

How will I return the items?

Once you have submitted the form and we have gone through and processed it, a message will be sent to the email used in your form with instructions of how to return the items.

When will I receive my refund? 

Refund timeline is typically 3 - 14 business days (In some cases, 20 business days) after we've issued the refund.

It should be noted that in some special situations, you need to find a courier company to send the items by yourself (Self return).

Important things to note

1. Please use the return address listed on the return/refund email you get from us, not the address of the original sender.

2. Pack the return item(s) carefully and make sure you haven't accidentally included personal belongings in the return package. Items in the package cannot be sent back.

3. Your original shipping fee is only reimbursed if all the items of an order are returned.

4. If your return package has a height, width or length greater than 120cm or is over 30kg, please wait for us to email you after your return request has been submitted.

5. For EU consumer only the seller must comply with other relevant legal requirements (Warranty, return, etc.) that may be applicable depending on your location as the buyer. For instance, in most EU countries you will generally have 2-years legal conformity warranty and a 14-day free right to return.
